Keith Stallworth (2003): Structured $20,000 through Michigan National Bank to hide drug money. Kenneth Daniels (2014): Structured $19,000 through two banks to buy a drug kingpin a Mercedes.

Pugh referred Cotton to Banks. Cotton alleged Banks pressured him into sex acts. The state settled. Pugh was later convicted of CSC with a minor. Banks’ referral network runs through convicted sex offenders.

4. Sherry Gay-Dagnogo — From Kwame Clemency to Banks Defense ✅ Verified

Gay-Dagnogo defended Kwame’s crimes. Then she defended Banks’ crimes. Then she authorized Banks’ charter school. Then she got a 10-year appointment as Detroit Ombudsman — the office that’s supposed to hold city institutions accountable.
